Time for a card, don't you think? Today I'd like to show you one that I made yesterday for my beautiful niece, for her 21st birthday, using the new Sweet Treat Cups & Kaleidoscope Designer Series Paper from the Summer Mini Catalogue. I am LOVING the 3 dimensional quality that the cups add to my projects. It's really fun thinking of different things to pop in the cups. Used in conjunction with the new 1-3/4" punch, they are a winning pair. The Sweet treat cups are only $6.50 for 12 and the punch is $30.95.
Here's a close up of the contents of the cup. To create this effect I have cut 1cm wide x 3 inch length pieces of the Kaleidoscope DSP and then curled them using a quilling tool. I've popped them randomly inside the cup along with a few Regal Rose hearts which I punched from the 'Heart to Heart' punch. I love how you can shake the card and the pieces wiggle around. CUTE!

Card Stock: Regal Rose, Tempting Turquoise & Pink Pirouette.
Stamp Set: Simple Serif Alphabet & Numbers (for the 21).
Ink Colours: Pink Pirouette (to sponge daub around the 21 heart).
Designer Series Paper: Kaleidoscope.
Stampin' Write Marker: Regal Rose (to colour the perforated border).
Embellishments: NEW Sweet Treat Cup, Regal Rose wide grosgrain ribbon, the NEW Pink Pirouette Extra Wide Grosgrain Ribbon & a deep turquoise coloured embossing powder (for the 21 - non SU).
Punches: NEW 1-3/4" punch and Heart to Heart punch.
Other Tools: Perforating tool & sponge dauber.
